Abington Library: George Fisher Art Gallery 3 - 5 p.m.
Join us for a journey through the artistic legacy of George Fisher, a renowned political cartoonist and proud alumnus of ASU-Beebe. Explore the vibrant collection of his artwork graciously donated by his family to ASU-Beebe. Located on the second level of the Abington Library, this exhibition offers a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in Fisher's imaginative world. Step back in time as we invite you to take a memorable tour, celebrating the life and artistic contributions of George Fisher. Join us for a special presentation at 4:00 p.m. in the Abington Library.
Photos at the Arch 5 - 7 p.m.
Join us on the lawn outside the England Center and Admissions offices, where you can create lasting memories with group, individual, or family photos at the iconic campus arch. A photographer will be there to capture your special moments, and the photos will be available for download on the ASUB Flickr site after the event. Additionally, take the opportunity to relax and connect with others while enjoying outdoor games like cornhole and checkers. Don't miss out on this exciting opportunity to mingle, have fun, and capture beautiful memories at ASU-Beebe.
Free food in The Grove 5 - 6 p.m.
Indulge in a delicious treat before the outdoor concert! ASU-Beebe is pleased to offer free food provided by Great Western Food Service, along with refreshing drinks. Join us from 5-6 p.m. under the blue tent in The Grove and savor the flavors while enjoying the vibrant atmosphere.
Lecture-Concert Series "Concert in the Grove" Outdoor Concert 7 - 8 p.m.
This will be a free outdoor concert featuring The Susie Glaze New Folk Ensemble in The Grove on the Beebe campus, located behind State Hall. Make sure to bring your lawn chair. Preferred seating can be purchased online at asub.ticketleap.com

Join Dr. Jennifer Methvin at the Searcy campus on September 22, 2023, from 7:30 am - 8:30 am for breakfast and tour of campus following breakfast. This event celebrates 20 years since Foothills Technical Institute merged with ASU-Beebe. This event is held at the ASU-Beebe Searcy campus.
* Searcy Campus Tour 8:30 - 10 a.m. | RSVP Required
During the Searcy campus tour the areas you will visit are diesel tech, C&C machining, HVAC, industrial technology, welding, automotive, nursing and powersports. After this tour head to the Heber Springs campus, followed by lunch in the First Arkansas Bank and Trust Cafe. *Seating is limited to 24 on the shuttle, reservations required.
* Heber Springs Campus Tour and Alumni Lunch at Heber Springs 11 - 2 p.m. | RSVP required | Lunch: Pay at Register
Take a ride with us to the beautiful Heber Springs campus. If you would like to attend this tour, we will provide a shuttle that will leave the Searcy campus at 10:00 a.m. Lunch is on your own at Heber Springs campus First Arkansas Bank and Trust Cafe. Cost for lunch is $7 and you can plan to pay at the campus. The trip will take 3 hours and you should arrive back at the Searcy campus around 2 pm. *Seating is limited to 24 on the shuttle, reservations required.

For those alumni that do not attend the tour at the Heber Springs campus, join us in the Dr. McKay Student Center Cafe for lunch. Enjoy networking and catching up. Lunch is on your own at the Dr. McKay Student Center Cafe. Cost for lunch is $7 and you can plan to pay at the register.
* Beebe Campus Tour 3 - 4:30 p.m.
The tour of the Beebe campus begins in front of the Dr. McKay Student Center. Additional areas you will visit are MLT/EMS, John Deere, pharmacy tech, theatre, vet tech, greenhouse, farm and butterfly garden. *Seating is limited to 24 on the shuttle, reservations required. Weather permitting, you are welcome to enjoy walking through campus.
* Meet, Greet Silent Auction, Music & Photos 5 - 7 p.m.
* Reunion Dinner 7 - 8:30 p.m. | Tickets: $50 individual or $375 table of eight
Join us for a fun evening of music, reminisce with old friends, and share some memories. Silent auction will begin at 5 pm and dinner will begin at 7 pm. Various tables will be set up with memorabilia, photos and plenty of opportunities to see old friends. This event will be held in the Centennial Bank Gymnasium.
